Dutch Speaker
Our client is an American software business whose platform keeps some of the world's best-known brands safe in who they hire to work on their sites. It's been growing steadily for over twenty years, and London is its base for Europe. We've recently placed French and Norwegian speakers there. Now they want a Dutch speaker to look after customers across the Netherlands and Belgium.
This is a full-time first step in a commercial career. You'll speak Dutch every day and learn the business from the ground up. You'll start with an eight-week, fully supported induction at the US head office, and the route into sales is built in, typically within one to two years.

The Job:
- Be the go-to person for Dutch-speaking customers, by phone and email
- Sort out their questions and problems quickly and clearly
- Look after their accounts, including billing and chasing payments
- Show customers how to get the most from the software
- Spot what could work better and say so
- Write guides and help material in Dutch

The Successful Person will have:
- The right to work in the UK: residency, or a work visa (not student or graduate)
- A degree
- Confidence with Office tools
- 1-3 years in a customer-facing job
- Patience with a tricky problem and a good memory for detail
- Energy, organisation and the drive to grow into sales
Language requirements:
- Native-level Dutch
- Business-level English
Salary: £50,000 + bonus potential
