Endon Hall Primary & Nursery School
The Governors and Headteacher at Endon Hall Primary & Nursery School are excited to offer two fantastic opportunities to join our dedicated team, as a 1:1 Inclusion Support Assistant with SEND experience preferable, or as a Withdrawal Room Supervisor (with SEND experience essential). We are looking for two candidates who have high expectations and a commitment to ensuring every child achieves their full potential. The successful candidates will have passion, dedication and be innovative to make a difference and ‘go the extra mile’ for our children. Part time or full time employment will be considered for both roles, based on candidates experience (please state in your application if you would prefer part, or full time employment).
These temporary, term time only posts involve the 1:1 support of a child with an Education, Health & Care Plan, or working as a withdrawal room supervisor. Both may involve working with small groups and leading interventions, whole class ISA support and will be determined based on experience. Please see specific job descriptions added.

To qualify for the post, you will need to have the following skills/experience:
- All relevant qualifications (as stated in the person specification) - qualified to NVQ L3 or equivalent
- An excellent understanding of how children learn and the use of assessment to move learning forward
- A clear understanding of the primary curriculum
- Confidence in supporting children with differing abilities (SEND experience essential for 1:1 role)
- Experience of working with children with additional needs (SEND experience preferable)
- An understanding of language and communication difficulties
- The ability to provide feedback to children and teachers, in relation to progress and achievement
- Proven ability to work closely with parents/carers, colleagues and other professionals
- High expectations of learning and behaviour, with the ability to adapt to suit the needs of the child
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with all school staff to create opportunities for our children, promote enrichment and develop life skills

- Salary: Grade 3 or 4 dependent on experience (£25,583 or £25,989) annually (FTE)
