Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The Ideal Candidate
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Has previous experience teaching within a school, alternative provision, SEND or tutoring environment.
- Is confident delivering the Maths and English curriculum at secondary level.
- Ideally has previous experience supporting learners with SEND and/or additional needs.
- Can adapt teaching approaches and resources to suit an individual learner.
- Is patient, engaging, reliable and able to build positive relationships with young people.
- Understands that progress can look different for every learner and is passionate about providing truly individualised education.
Why This Role?
This role provides the opportunity to step away from whole-class teaching and focus entirely on the needs of one young person.
You will have the flexibility to adapt your teaching, build on the learner’s interests and strengths, and create an educational approach that helps them feel comfortable, understood and successful in their learning.
If you are a qualified teacher with a passion for SEND and believe that education should be adapted to meet the needs of the individual, we would love to hear from you.
