Job Title

The energy industry is advancing with investment in smart technology, greener energy generation and low carbon technology which is increasing the usage of electricity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a prioritised workload of connections, maintenance, or repairs activities.
  • Plan and execute projects to time cost and quality.
  • Effectively communicate with internal engineering and industrial resource.
  • Coordinate external service providers.
  • Deliver improved restoration and repairs performance.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting.
  • Formally close out and review completed projects against business objectives and set criteria.
  • Carry out Senior Authorised Person roles and responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications

  • evidence must be provided
  • Level 4 qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline
  • Full clean UK driving licence

Essential Experience

  • Network operations on the LV and HV Distribution System
  • Construction/Maintenance/Repair background
  • Understanding of power system design and operation
  • Knowledge of electrical distribution equipment

Desirable Experience

  • Operational Codes on the LV / HV systems.
  • Senior Authorised Person or Authorised Person codes at HV or EHV
  • Project management experience
