Job Description

What is the opportunity?

We are seeking an experienced HR Project Management Office (PMO) professional to support the delivery of a strategic business growth initiative.

This role bridges HR and project delivery, ensuring people-related workstreams are aligned and executed on schedule.

You will ensure that the project maintains schedule adherence, deliver on commitments, and remain transparent to stakeholders and leadership.

You will ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are identified early and escalated appropriately.

You will also ensure stakeholders remain engaged, informed, and aligned throughout project lifecycles.

Through meticulous tracking, clear communication, and proactive coordination, you will help drive successful project outcomes.

Should you be shortlisted, do please let us know if you have any specific requirements for the interview.

This is a Fixed Term (12 – 18 months) full-time role and requires 4 days in our 100 Bishopsgate, London office. You will be an employee (not day rate contractor) and will be eligible to receive employee benefits.

What will you do?

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive weekly/monthly status reports to leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) with regular escalation protocols
  • Track project deliverables against agreed acceptance criteria and timelines
  • Monitor project progress against baseline and flag variances for senior review
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, action items, and maintain meeting documentation
  • Follow up with stakeholders on outstanding actions, blockers, and dependencies
  • Compile and present executive dashboards and KPI reporting
  • Support change management communications and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Maintain organized, centralized project documentation and repositories.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
