Role: 12-month Maternity Cover
Title: Business and Product Change Consultant
Location: London (Hybrid)
Responsibilities include:
- Drive the delivery of change initiatives, including new product launches or projects within our transformation programme.
- Translate regulatory, technological, and strategic requirements into actionable product and process changes.
- Lead the shaping of detailed business requirements, user stories, and business readiness criteria to support product delivery and change projects.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication on change impacts, benefits, and risks.
