Job Description
About the Role
To engage with the following Business Logic tools to meet core KPIs and key measures for your customer base:
- Engagement Framework Model
- Conduct a Business Review Meeting with customers
- Complete a customer Strategic Planning Document & deliver Sales Logic interventions
- Complete Intervention Tasks set by my 121 Manager
- Review and update sales reporting
Via contact with customers, you will achieve an average talk time and number of effective calls per day as agreed with my 121 Manager.
