We are recruiting for a special individual to join our team to offer support for a younger lady who we support in the south-wight area.
Right at Home Isle of Wight is a leading homecare provider, known for delivering top-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes and for valuing and rewarding our brilliant Care Assistants.
To be a Care Assistant at Right at Home, you should be compassionate, reliable, and caring with a strong desire to support our client.
What will you receive?
- Premium hourly rates £14.75 weekday and £15.25 weekends plus holiday pay

- 12-hour shifts at the client’s home, working alongside experienced nursing staff

What will you be doing?
- Motivating our client to get the most out of their day
- Personal care (assistance with washing, toileting, and personal hygiene)
- Assisting with moving and handling
- Light housekeeping
- Preparation of nutritious meals
- Supporting our client in the community for appointments or outings

What do you need?
- Be available to work 12-hour shifts (09:00 – 21:00)
- Flexibility within the week and weekend to cover required shifts (2-3 days per week on average)
- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle
- Be willing to drive the client’s vehicle for appointments and outings (insurance covered by client)
- Have the Right to Work in the UK
- Be a reliable team player with a caring and positive attitude
- Experience is preferred
