Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, passionate Part-Time Retail Artist with a passion for clean, luxury beauty to educate clients on Gucci Westman’s makeup philosophy while providing the highest level of client experience.

This is a Part-Time role, schedule will typically be 15 hours/week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide welcoming, personalised, professional service to all customers at all times
  • Assist customers with product selection and application
  • Provide shade recommendations and assist customers with product selection
  • Stay up to date on Westman Atelier products and education; Uphold brand guidelines
  • Attend and actively participate in training meetings, virtual or at-counter, as provided by the Sales and Education Team; implement learnings on the job
  • Practice proper hygiene guidelines when demonstrating products on clients
  • Maintain consistent and effective clienteling and follow-up
  • Achieve all targets and KPIs - AUS and IPT
  • Record and report all OOS to manager; follow up to ensure timely replenishment
  • Maintain cleanliness of counter and taster units/testers

Requirements:

  • Previous retail industry experience, specifically within the beauty industry preferred
  • Previous make-up artistry or luxury skincare experience preferred, however, we welcome applicants who are creative, excited, and eager to learn
  • Must be able to follow brand and retailer image guidelines at all times
  • Candidates with a passion for the clean, luxury beauty space are preferred
  • Must be able to work fully flexible retail hours, including: days, nights, weekends, and special events
