Our drive-thru service ensures our customers can enjoy their meals on the go without compromising on quality. We’re looking for enthusiastic Drive-Thru Crew Members to join our team and provide a fast, friendly, and efficient service.
Role Overview:
As a Drive-Thru Crew Member, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers using our drive-thru service. You’ll take orders, serve food, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Your energy and efficiency will help create an excellent experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly at the drive-thru window and take their orders accurately.
- Handle payments at the till, ensuring cash and card transactions are correct.
- Prepare and package food orders quickly while maintaining high quality standards.
- Ensure the drive-thru area is clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt order preparation.
- Address customer queries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Always follow health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
