Location: Hybrid – remote with 1 day per month in Bromley
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

We’re looking for a delivery-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
This is a 180 recruitment role, focused entirely on candidate sourcing, engagement and delivery. You’ll join an established desk with live vacancies from day one.

You’ll work closely with candidates across technology and specialist markets, including government, defence, security, finance, research and technology.

Experience recruiting into security-cleared or highly regulated environments is advantageous, but not essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to placement
  • Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates for live vacancies
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate network
  • Recruiting across IT, software, engineering, architecture, product and other technology markets
  • Working on SC and DV-cleared positions
  • Screening, interviewing and preparing candidates for client processes
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements

About You

  • Experience in recruitment, resourcing or a delivery-focused recruitment role
  • Experience recruiting within technology or specialist markets
  • Strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach
  • Experience working with security-cleared candidates is beneficial, but not essential
