📍 Newcastle upon Tyne | 💰 Up to £30,000 | 📅 Fixed-Term Contract until April 2027 (with potential to become permanent)
Our client is a highly regarded nationwide provider of IT and business systems solutions, known for delivering exceptional service and investing in their people. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to their Newcastle-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional with strong customer service skills to join a supportive and collaborative environment where training, development and career progression are actively encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st line technical support via phone, email and remote tools
- Logging, troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents and service requests
- Escalating more complex issues to senior support teams when required
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an IT support, helpdesk or service desk environment
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude and desire to develop within the IT sector
