We have a great opportunity for someone to join our 1st Line Support Administration team. This is a great role for you in an IT environment and is ideal if you’re keen on developing a career in IT, but don’t know where to start!
What You’ll Do
- Responding to requests for new starter accounts to be created
- Updating and maintaining IT account permissions
- Monitoring support tickets and assigning these to relevant teams for resolution.
- Manage account closure requests ensuring systems are deactivated correctly and no risk of access remains

You have
- Great communication skills and can interact with a wide variety of different colleagues across our large organisation.
- You’re comfortable using a PC and a number of systems and are not phased by using new systems or applications.
- The ability to quickly adapt to new situations and are able to tackle issues head on.
- You’re analytical and systematic when managing requests or following a process.
- You’re the kind of person who is happy to highlight any opportunities for improvement both within the job and in your own skillset.
- Prioritising customer needs to provide high-quality service through prompt, precise, and clear communication.

The practical bits
- Temporary (6 months), full time (37.5 hpw)
- You’ll work Monday to Friday, a rotation of earlies (7:00 to 15:30) and lates (09:30 to 18:00)
- We come into the office a minimum of 2 days per week (more if you want) and work from home the remainder of the time.
- We can be flexible and work with you to adapt shifts etc as and when you need that!
- We can’t offer a CoS for this role
