We are recruiting for our client for a 1st line IT support/ Field Engineer (£25,000pa)
Wimbledon/ London based
The candidate will provide these services to the end customer:
- End-user device support (Windows/Mac desktops/laptops) 150+ users
- Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
- Network patching and basic networking fixes
- Software installation and basic troubleshooting
- New user setup, movers and leaver offboarding
- Asset Management
- Ticket triage and escalation

Candidates will need to have:
- Level 3 Apprenticeship /or other certifications
- MS/AZ 900 certifications ideally
- At least 1+ years field experience
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Halo PSA, Autotask, Service Now etc).
- Familiarity with RMM tools like (Datto RMM, Ninja RMM etc)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
