1st Line Technical Support Engineer (Product & Systems)

Are you a curious, tech-savvy problem solver looking to make a real impact? Centryflow Technologies, the innovative technology arm of the Centryflow Group, is seeking a bright and reliable 1st Line Technical Support professional to join our team. We are currently developing our next-generation low code/no code platform, and we need someone to help us support our clients while getting hands-on with cutting-edge software.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You won't just be answering tickets; you will be testing new features, shaping user documentation, and ensuring our internal systems run like clockwork. If you thrive on making things work better and enjoy helping others succeed, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client technical queries via helpdesk, video calls, and direct communication.
  • Troubleshoot, triage, and escalate technical issues while ensuring a premium support experience.
  • Perform rigorous testing on new product features to ensure quality and usability, providing actionable feedback to the development team.
  • Author clear, user-friendly support documentation and product guides.
  • Maintain internal IT infrastructure, including servers, Mac OS workstations, and software environments.
  • Execute system patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance to ensure stability.
  • Manage software licensing, configuration, and perform essential administrative tasks like reporting and invoicing support.
  • Collaborate across the team to refine processes and contribute ideas for product enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine, demonstrated interest in computers, software, and emerging technology.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a logical, methodical approach to tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage clients face-to-face, via video, or in writing.
  • Solid working knowledge of Apple Mac OS.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Desirable: Previous experience in a helpdesk or support role, familiarity with DAM/PIM or SaaS platforms, or experience with Linux operating systems.
