Part-time Administrative Assistant

Grade: BR5

Salary: £25,703 to £27,262 FTE

Contract: Fixed Term until May 2027

Working hours: 18 hours per week (e.g. 9am-3pm), including one evening during term time

Location: Bromley Adult Education College

Working pattern: On site, 3 days per week

This post is mainly based at BAEC, Kentwood Centre, Kingsdale Road, Penge SE20 7PR but the successful candidate may also be working for part of the week at the Poverest Centre, Poverest Road, Orpington, BR5 2DQ.

Bromley Adult Education College is the adult education service for the London Borough of Bromley. We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused individual to support the smooth and efficient delivery of our services. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within a welcoming and dedicated team that is committed to providing high-quality learning opportunities for adults across the borough.

The successful candidate will work 18 hours per week, year-round, including one evening per week during term time. This is a fixed-term contract from July 2026 to May 2027.
