2 Project Manager's - Modular Buildings

Location: UK

Package: £65,000 - £80,000, Company Car or Car Allowance, Pension, Health Insurance

Our client is looking to Recruit for 2 Project Manager's - Modular Buildings to work across the UK. They are a well-established, market leader within the Modular Buildings and Off-Site Construction sector, are instantly recognisable within this field and are well known for having a high-quality product range and excellent Delivery. They also feel it is an exciting time to join the organisation as the company continues to prosper even in these tough times.

They are looking for applicants with proven Project Management, Contract Management or Site Management experience within Modular Buildings, alternatively they will look at candidates in Main Contracting/Traditional Build, Other Forms of Off-Site Construction such as Modular Housing, Steel Framing, Timber Frame or Bathroom Pods or someone who is a Healthcare Specialist to work across the UK.

The business is very well established and strong within the Health, Education and Commercial sectors so experience of this would be good but most specifically experience of working within the Health sector would make your application stronger.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects ranging between £5,000,000 and £45,000,000 and you will be responsible for Managing a Team of Site Managers so you will possess experience of managing teams.

You will be measured on health and safety, programme management, overall commercial performance of the projects you oversee, the overall quality of the project and ultimately, customer satisfaction.

The role offers excellent, diverse, and potentially rapid opportunities for Career Progression into more senior management positions in the company for the successful applicant so you will be an extremely ambitious and forward-thinking individual.

You will possess a Proven Track Record of Project Management, Site Management or Contract Management in Modular Buildings, Main Contracting/Traditional Build, Other Forms of Off-Site Construction such as Modular Housing, Steel Framing, Timber Frame or Bathroom Pods or you will be a Healthcare Specialist to work across the UK.
