Senior FP&A Manager and Senior Financial Accountant
West London | PE-Backed Financial Services | 6-Month Interim | £400–500/day | Potential Permanent | £80,000–90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We’re partnering with a successful PE-backed financial services business in West London that is investing in its finance function as it enters its next phase of growth. We’re looking to appoint two experienced finance professionals on an initial 6-month interim basis, with strong potential to convert permanently.
4 days per week in the office – non-negotiable.
1. Senior FP&A Manager
A commercially focused role supporting strategic decision-making through budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and financial modelling, with significant senior stakeholder exposure.

Looking for:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning experience
- Advanced financial modelling, including three-statement models
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Senior stakeholder management and business partnering experience
- Power BI / financial reporting experience
- PE-backed, high-growth or financial services experience advantageous
2. Senior Financial Accountant
A technically focused role covering month-end, financial control, statutory reporting and audit, supporting robust governance across a growing PE-backed business.
Looking for:
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
- Ideally practice-trained with a strong technical accounting foundation
- 3+ years’ post-qualified experience
- Strong external audit and reporting experience
- Excellent knowledge of financial controls, statutory reporting and accounting standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Financial services experience advantageous
