Are you an experienced HR Business Partner?

We're supporting a large public sector organisation that is preparing for significant change over the coming years. As part of this journey, they are seeking two HR Business Partners to partner with operational leaders across a range of front-line and corporate services, providing expert HR support during a period of transformation and growth.

Description

Working closely with senior managers and leadership teams, you'll provide a proactive HR business partnering service across diverse operational areas, helping leaders navigate complex people challenges while driving employee engagement and organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing complex employee relations cases, including conduct, capability, grievance and absence matters
  • Supporting organisational change, restructures, TUPE activity and workforce transformation programmes
  • Coaching and developing managers to improve leadership capability and people management practices
  • Using workforce data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making
  • Supporting recruitment activity and workforce planning initiatives
  • Delivering HR projects and contributing to wider people strategy objectives
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships across multiple service areas

Profile

To Be Successful, You'll Bring

  • Proven experience operating at HR Business Partner level
  • Strong employee relations expertise, including complex case management
  • Experience supporting organisational change, restructuring and ideally TUPE activity
  • The ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent coaching and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with HR systems and people data
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years' HR experience
