2 x Orchestrade ETRM Business Analysts – Perm or Contract - London
Leading Power & Gas trading firm seeks 2 x Orchestrade ETRM Business Analysts to join their London based Orchestrade ETRM implementation project on either a permanent or contract basis.
You will join a leading, fast-growing energy trading firm based in the heart of London trading the European Gas and Power markets with cutting-edge technology and sharp trading strategies. To support their expansion, they are looking for 2 x skilled ETRM Business Analysts with deep expertise in the Orchestrade platform.
Salary: £100,000 – 140,000 basic + bonus + benefits OR £1,000 per day
You will act as the vital bridge between our trading desk, risk managers, operations teams, and IT. Your primary focus is to implement, optimize, configure, and scale their Orchestrade ETRM platform. You will ensure systems accurately capture, value, and manage risk for complex gas and power transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements: Work directly with traders, risk managers, and back-office staff to map out system needs.
- Configure Orchestrade: Manage product lifecycles, curve setups, book structures, and trade entry templates for Gas and Power.
- Support Risk & PnL: Deliver accurate real-time position management, MtM valuations, and VaR reporting configurations.
- Bridge business and IT: Translate complex trading requirements into clear technical specifications for developers.
- Lead testing: Design and execute functional testing for new system releases, bug fixes, and market data integrations.
- Resolve issues: Provide high-level functional support to resolve daily trading and booking discrepancies.

Required Skills & Experience
- Orchestrade Expertise: Proven, hands-on business analysis experience specifically implementing the Orchestrade ETRM platform.
- Energy Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of European physical and financial Gas and Power products.
- Technical Toolkit: Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis; familiarity with APIs and market data feeds is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent ability to dissect complex trade lifecycles, clearing processes, and risk metrics.
- Communication: Clear, confident communication style tailored for fast-paced trading environments.
