Code ready doesn't mean launch ready.
We're partnering with a high-growth Series B SaaS business looking for two experienced Release Managers to own end-to-end release readiness across Product, Engineering, and GTM.
Your job is ultimately to answer one question:
Are we genuinely ready to launch?
That means making sure Engineering is ready, Product is aligned, dependencies are resolved, testing is complete, Customer Success and Support know what's coming, demos and documentation are prepared, and the wider GTM organisation is ready before anything reaches customers.
SaaS experience is essential.
🚀 What you'll own
- End-to-end SaaS releases from planning through to launch
- Release plans, readiness criteria, and quality gates
- Dependencies, risks, blockers, and clear ownership
- Alignment across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Marketing & GTM
- Customer testing, demos, early access, and phased rollouts
- Release communications, documentation, and stakeholder updates
- Post-release reviews and continuous improvement
- Improving the processes, tooling, and automation behind releases as the business scales

🌟 What we're looking for
- Strong SaaS experience – essential
- Proven end-to-end software/product release experience
- Experience working across Product + Engineering + GTM
- Strong Agile / SDLC knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Strong risk, dependency, and blocker management
- Experience improving release processes in a scaling environment
- Confidence to challenge, influence, and make decisions
