Job Description
Blackstone seeks Off Cycle Interns who can contribute as generalists across multiple projects. Interns will collaborate on European insurance-related assignments, including:
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct industry research on insurance market trends, competitive analysis, and regulatory updates
- Support client projects, assisting in analysis and preparing responses to client inquiries and requests
- Contribute to financial models and frameworks for portfolio optimisation and insurance asset allocation
- Work closely with Blackstone’s Insurance Strategy and Solutions teams, investments, product development, and relationship management globally
- Develop a strong operational understanding of asset classes and insurance strategies offered through BXCI

Requirements & Qualifications
Blackstone is looking for highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented candidates who thrive in dynamic, team-driven environments. Ideal candidates should:
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Show a collaborative mindset, self-motivation, and strong work ethic
- Excel in analytical problem-solving with exceptional attention to detail
- Hold a solid academic background in a technical discipline (preferably mathematics, financial mathematics, actuarial science, or economics)
- Have knowledge of programming (e.g., Python, MATLAB) — advantageous
- Speak (or be open to learning) an EU language (Italian or German) — not mandatory but useful

Applicants must:
- Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program (or have graduated within the last 6 months)
- Include their expected graduation month/year and grade on their CV (formatted as PDF)
- Be available to start between September/October 2026 and remain committed for up to six months
