Are you ambitious, competitive, and ready to kickstart your career? JBAndrews is hiring Graduate Executive Search Consultants to join our growing Leeds city centre office (on-site, 5 days per week).

This is a sales and business development role where you’ll work towards targets, build your own client portfolio, and partner with senior-level talent across the globe. We’re looking for resilient, driven, and down-to-earth individuals who want to make an impact and grow with us.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Own the full 360° executive recruitment process, working with both clients and candidates
  • Specialise in a niche global industry sector within our core markets
  • Develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones
  • Headhunt and engage top senior-level talent
  • Advise and consult with clients on executive hiring strategies
  • Work independently and within a team, building your specialist market like your own business
