2027 BNY Analyst Program – Product Management

BNY’s Delivery/Product/Design Practice plays a key role in shaping and delivering products, platforms and experiences that meet client needs, support business goals and drive innovation across the firm. The Product Management Analyst Program offers driven students hands-on exposure to the practice through strategic projects aligned to product development, delivery execution, market research, process improvement and client-focused design. In a collaborative, fast-paced environment, analysts will gain insight into the product lifecycle, support analysis and documentation, and work across product, design, business, operations and technology teams to help bring thoughtful, effective solutions to market.

What you will do

  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to help inform product priorities and positioning.
  • Support roadmap development by organizing requirements, synthesizing feedback, and helping teams evaluate trade-offs.
  • Track product adoption, usage, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Partner with product, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to help move ideas from concept to launch support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
