As a participant in our 12-month Corporate Placements Programme in the Brand Department, you’re not just gaining hands-on experience at our Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Headquarters in Watford – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by contributing to the memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

We have a range of placement opportunities within our highly talented Brand team:

The Opportunities

You will play an active role in our continued success. You will carry out a range of activities, as well as having ownership of your own project-based initiatives. We have placements available across three different areas of the Brand team:

  1. Brand Performance Support
  2. Brand Management
  3. Luxury Brand

1. Brand Performance Support Placement

Our Brand Placement Support team ensures that performance goals are achieved throughout our portfolio of Focused Service, Full Service and Lifestyle hotels across EMEA. Our team plays a key role in optimising hotel overall performance through educational sessions, consultations, and the development of scalable tools and resources, as well as providing front-line response and guidance to hotel leaders and team members.

During this placement, you will support the team with a variety of administrative and operational activities and contribute to projects that enhance effectiveness across our brands. You'll be part of a diverse and collaborative team, gaining valuable exposure to how brand performance is supported from both operational and corporate perspectives.

2. Brand Management Placement

Our Brand Management team develops and delivers the brand strategy for each of the brands in our portfolio, along with tactical plans to achieve our goals. Within EMEA, the Regional Brand Team acts as both the voice of the Global Brand in the region and the voice of the region within the global organisation.

As a Brand Management Intern, you will support the team on strategic projects and gain hands-on experience in brand management from a regional perspective. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of specific tasks while contributing to broader initiatives that drive the success of our brands.

What you'll do:

  • Support the team in preparing presentations and decks for brand initiatives.
  • Work with brand performance data to provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Contribute creative ideas and input to regional projects and campaigns.
  • Assist in coordinating and delivering EMEA brand initiatives.
  • Take ownership of specific tasks, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

3. Luxury Brand Placement

Our Luxury Brand team supports some of Hilton's most prestigious brands, including Waldorf Astoria, Conrad and LXR Hotels & Resorts. Working closely with hotel leaders across EMEA, the team supports hotel openings, brand performance, brand standards, operational initiatives and communications that help bring our luxury brands to life across the region.

As a Luxury Brand Intern, you will support a variety of strategic and operational projects while gaining hands-on experience of luxury brand management from a regional perspective. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of specific tasks while contributing to initiatives that support hotels, strengthen brand performance and enhance the guest experience.

What you'll do:

  • Support hotel openings and assist with operational and brand-related enquiries from hotels.
  • Review brand performance data and help identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist with maintaining brand standards, resources and guidance materials.
  • Support the delivery of brand programmes, initiatives and communications across the region.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and updates for a range of stakeholders.
  • Contribute to regional projects that support the wider Brand and Central Operations team.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals who embody the Hilton Values in addition to the following criteria:

  • A current bachelor’s or master’s student completing a degree that includes a required 12-month year in industry placement.
  • Availability to begin full-time employment on 5th July 2027, for a full-time 12-month placement.
  • You must have the independent right to work in the UK for the full duration of the 12-month placement. Please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route, so we are unable to consider applications from candidates who would require sponsorship. If you hold a visa or status that allows you to work in the UK full-time without sponsorship (e.g. Settled Status, Pre-Settled Status, where a 12-month work placement is a permitted, required & assessed part of your UK University degree, or other independent work permissions), you are welcome to apply.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • You should be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in Hilton's Brand teams.
  • A genuine interest in hospitality.
  • Communication skills.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork skills.
  • Organisational & Project Management skills.
  • Prioritisation & Time Management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Digital literacy - strong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) skills; familiarity with data visualisation tools or collaborative platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Canva) is a plus.
