Job Summary
As a Full-time Analyst in the Chase Digital Development Programme, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on transforming customer experiences and developing innovative offerings. Your time will be made up of three eight-month rotations, so you can see what goes into developing intuitive experiences, from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to work across different areas of the business, learn from diverse leadership styles, and gain hands-on experience in product management. Your role will involve generating fresh ideas, strategizing, collaborating with developers and engineers, and working closely with our customer experience team to deliver exceptional digital banking solutions.
After successfully completing the program, highly-motivated Analysts will be on track for increased responsibilities and career growth opportunities. We’ll support you to explore opportunities within ICB to find the right role for you.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with a graduation date between May 2026 and July 2027, available to start full-time in July 2027.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Motivated, resourceful spirit
- Fresh ideas and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn
- Interest in fintech; digital experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience in school, university or community
