Summer Analyst in the Commercial & Investment Bank Securities Services Leadership Program

As a Summer Analyst in the Commercial & Investment Bank Securities Services Leadership Program, you will develop your analytical, technical, and leadership skills while gaining hands-on program management experience in your role. You will work with engaged managers in your location and have exposure to global teams across all areas of Securities Services. Additionally, you will have regular engagement and networking opportunities with business leaders, current program participants, and alumni. You also have the support of a sponsor, program manager, as well as your direct manager.

What We Offer

In this program, you’ll get an in-depth look into one of the business areas of Securities Services while gaining exposure to the full end-to-end business. You'll work with experienced managers and team members on priority initiatives that span across all aspects of Securities Services. You will have the opportunity to work across business areas within the Commercial and Investment Bank and colleagues around the globe.

As a summer analyst, you will have programming created to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the business, key skills for the future, and have access to all of our Securities Services University courses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions and drive change in finance using project management, emerging technologies, data governance, and analytics.
  • Drive innovation with the use of digital tools.
  • Be proactive and responsive as a team member to our Business, which is constantly evolving.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Exceptional writing, verbal communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Have the aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and to develop innovative solutions.
  • Clear, articulate, and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads, strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to understand and resolve or escalate issues quickly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Expected graduation date of June 2027 – September 2028.
