As a Full Time Analyst in the Innovation Development Program within Global Banking, you will be joining a collaborative, supportive and inclusive team. The Innovation Development Program (IDP) focuses on building the next generation product managers who are focused on continuous innovation and enhancements, creating a long lasting and positive impact, and developing cutting-edge solutions to complex problems within Global Banking lines of business.

Job Summary

Global Banking (GB) provides a full range of services including lending, treasury services, investment banking, commercial card and asset management products to meet clients’ domestic and international needs. GB operates in over 100 locations and serves approximately 17,000 clients nationally, including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions and not-for-profit entities, with annual revenue from $20 million to $2 billion, and nearly 34,000 real estate clients, owners and investors. The Innovation Development Program supports GB in a truly unique way – through rotational opportunities across functional, business, and product teams such as Digital, Solutions, Transformation, Product, Marketing, and Business Architecture. The impact you’ll deliver as part of this program will significantly enhance a broad range of products and processes that drive value for our businesses and clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 5-month incubator experience, solving complex business challenges while developing foundational Product Management skills.
  • Complete two 12-month rotations across high-impact functional, business, or product teams within Commercial Banking.
  • Apply strategic thinking and quantitative analysis to solve business problems and answer key business questions.
  • Conduct research and analyse data to support business decisions and identify opportunities.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Commercial Banking products, clients, and business operations.
  • Use an innovation mindset to help design and enhance client experiences, products, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams to deliver business-critical initiatives and drive meaningful impact.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable navigating through ambiguity
  • Desire and passion for creating positive change through financial services
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn
  • Ability to formulate questions, suggestions and/or next steps based in logic with little direction
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in school or community
  • Expected graduation date of December 2026 - June 2027

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Python, Java, SQL is a plus
  • Relevant internship experience and accounting, data science, economics, engineering, finance or coursework is a plus
