RESPONSIBILITIES
This two-year graduate programme will see you building your knowledge and skills in areas all across our CRB business. As a Data Analyst you would be responsible for assisting with a Global Specialities data strategy by understanding and analysing their current approach to data and analytics. Through this role and other work, you will gain a unique understanding of our industry and our client's needs. The role offers the opportunity to work directly within a line of business whilst also reporting to our central global data strategy division. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a candidate looking for a demanding data analysis role while building insurance knowledge. - Understand the organisation’s data and analytics strategy and apply this to day-to-day business challenges
- Gain a unique understanding of our industry and our clients’ needs
- Understand how data is structured, stored and connected across business systems and develop practical experience using analytical tools to support effective decision-making.
- Collect, cleanse and analyse data, presenting insights through clear reports, dashboards and visualisations using a range of data sources
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients across sectors, including cyber, financial institutions, marine and construction
- Grow every day, from a thorough induction to ongoing professional and personal development through bespoke learning journeys
- Be supported as you study towards the Level 6 Data Scientist apprenticeship qualification.
- Throughout the programme you will be supported by a dedicated early career development team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements

- A natural problem solver with a mathematical and analytical mind
- Able to work with and analyse data to draw meaningful conclusions
- A confident communicator who knows how to build relationships and clearly convey complicated information
- Curious and eager to build and apply your knowledge
- Comfortable working in a team
- At least 2:1 degree-qualified in any discipline

Workstyles:
We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least four days in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow new joiners.
