As a participant in our Graduate Revenue Management Programme (EDGE), you’re not just accelerating your development into a future revenue management leader – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by contributing to memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you can look forward to as a programme participant:
- Accelerate your future in revenue management through immersive experience: Embark on a dynamic 15-month development journey designed to fast-track your path to a Cluster Revenue Manager role at our Corporate Headquarters in Watford (UK) upon programme completion
- Participate in structured learning: Gain access to Hilton revenue management theory, principles and techniques, and interactive development activities supported by our Revenue Management Consolidation Centres (RMCC) Training Managers and Functional Leaders
- Take ownership of a hotel portfolio: From month 4, we aim for you to be ready to assume full responsibility for managing revenue across a cluster of hotels, putting your skills into action in a real-world environment
- Develop your skills through world-class training and support: Access Hilton University’s e-learning modules, and business library while building knowledge through group modules and business-driven projects; Participate in tailored learning programmes and follow a flexible personal development plan designed to grow your technical and leadership capabilities
- Grow with personalised guidance and mentoring: Benefit from regular feedback and coaching, while working closely with a dedicated mentor to ensure your progress is supported at every stage of the programme

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who embody the Hilton Values and our EDGE qualities—Entrepreneurial, Decisive, Goal-driven, and Enthusiastic, in addition to the following criteria:
- Completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree by 1st September 2027
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Eligibility to work in the UK: This graduate programme is designed for long-term employment and leads to a permanent role at Hilton. As such, applicants must have the independent right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme and beyond. Please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route, so we are unable to consider applications from candidates who would require sponsorship either now or in the future. If you hold a visa or status that allows you to work in the UK on a long-term basis without sponsorship (e.g. Settled Status, Pre-Settled Status or other independent work permissions), you are welcome to apply.
- Aspiration to become a Revenue Management leader
- Availability to begin full-time employment on 1st September 2027
