Our European team operates across a range of industries and subsectors but specializes in the Consumer, Healthcare, Industrial, and Technology & Services sectors.

Your Program
During your Summer Internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the M&A industry, our clients, and our firm.
This is a great opportunity to learn from industry leaders, take part in day-to-day operations, where you'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to build on your knowledge and gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Support with the preparation of marketing materials for pitches, buy- and sell-side transactions, and other client meetings
- Prepare company valuations and financial analyses using a variety of valuation methodologies
- Perform company and market research and prepare accompanying analyses
- Assist deal-teams with the execution of live buy- and sell-side transactions

Qualifications
- On track for a 2:1 or equivalent
- Penultimate year of a bachelor's degree
- High level of motivation and capacity for teamwork
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Passion for excellence and attention to detail
Additional Information
Successful interns will be considered for full-time positions to join the 2028 incoming Analyst class.
