Your Program

During your Summer Internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the M&A industry, our clients, and our firm.

This is a great opportunity to learn from industry leaders, take part in day-to-day operations, where you'll be given mentors along the way, and will have the chance to build on your knowledge and gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with the preparation of marketing materials for pitches, buy- and sell-side transactions, and other client meetings
  • Prepare company valuations and financial analyses using a variety of valuation methodologies
  • Perform company and market research and prepare accompanying analyses
  • Assist deal-teams with the execution of live buy- and sell-side transactions

Qualifications

  • On track for a 2:1 or equivalent
  • Penultimate year of a bachelor’s degree
  • High level of motivation and capacity for teamwork
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Passion for excellence and attention to detail
  • Candidates must be available from 21 June - 27 August 2027

Additional Information

Successful interns will be considered for full-time positions to join the 2028 incoming Analyst class.
