We are looking for Graduates to join one of our Industry teams, in HVAC, Control & Instrumentation, Mechanical or Process Engineering. You could help create controlled environments, optimise complex processes and improve the safe, efficient performance of industrial facilities, all while developing your expertise on projects that make a meaningful difference.

About the Role

Working as a Graduate in one of our Industry teams will mean contributing to exciting and innovative projects. Our industrial clients benefit from our deep understanding of industrial and energy processes, combined with the specialist skills and multidisciplinary expertise required to plan, design, build, and operate new assets. We also provide full life cycle services to support operating facilities across numerous industrial and manufacturing sectors in both developed and emerging markets.

Working alongside engineers and specialists, you will see how decisions across different disciplines come together in a complete facility. You will contribute to practical, safe and more sustainable solutions that help clients improve performance, adapt to changing needs and move ambitious ideas towards delivery.

What we’re looking for

  • You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree. Please check the degree backgrounds considered for our graduate roles on our Property & Buildings and Industry webpage.
  • You will be ready to start work in September 2027.
  • You will have a genuine interest in industry and the facilities, systems and processes that keep it moving.
  • You will be curious, adaptable and collaborative, with the motivation to solve practical engineering challenges.
  • You will bring attention to detail and a flexible approach to changing project needs.
  • You will be comfortable working with others, sharing ideas and learning from specialists across multidisciplinary project teams.
  • You will be motivated to create value for our clients and take ownership of your work and development.
  • You will actively seek opportunities to learn, broaden your skills and build your technical confidence.
