We are looking for graduates to join our Transport & Mobility teams in 2027. This is an opportunity to work in a leading engineering and professional services consultancy, helping to shape the future of transport by delivering sustainable, innovative and connected solutions.

About Your Role and the Team
As a graduate in our Transport & Mobility teams, you'll help develop sustainable, accessible and efficient transport solutions that improve how people move through towns, cities and regions. Working with clients across the UK, you will contribute to strategies and projects that deliver positive social, environmental and economic outcomes for communities.
- Work on a varied range of projects, from improving active travel networks and public transport systems to supporting major developments, transport strategies and mobility initiatives.
- Collaborate with transport planners, engineers, urban designers and environmental specialists to develop practical solutions to real-world transport challenges.
- Build skills in data analysis, transport modelling, stakeholder engagement and option development.
- Help create safer walking and cycling routes, improve access to sustainable transport, reduce congestion and carbon emissions.

What We’re Looking For
- At least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Interest in transport planning, mobility, transport modelling, sustainable transport, active travel, public transport or transport strategy.
- Curiosity, collaborative spirit, and motivation to solve challenges that improve how people and goods move through our communities.
- Enjoy working with others, sharing ideas, and learning from different specialists across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Interest in understanding the social, environmental and economic impacts of transport and helping to develop sustainable solutions.
- Eagerness to take ownership of your work and development, while helping to create value for our clients.
- Desire to learn, develop new skills, and broaden your experience through technical analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.

Our Graduate Development Programme
Our two-year Graduate Development Programme is designed to help you build the skills, experience, and professional network needed to thrive at the start of your career with us. Through a blend of structured learning, mentoring, and hands-on project experience, you will be supported every step of the way.
