We are looking for graduates to join our Civil teams in 2027. This is an opportunity to work in a leading engineering and professional services consultancy, helping to design, deliver and manage the infrastructure that connects communities and supports economic growth.

A little bit more about your role and the team…
Working as a Graduate in one of our Civil teams means contributing to exciting and innovative projects across specialist areas including Bridges, Maritime, Aviation, Rail Civil Infrastructure, Pavements and Asset Management. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, from assessing and strengthening existing infrastructure to designing the next generation of transport, aviation and coastal assets.
You will be part of multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with experienced engineers and specialists on real-world challenges. You will gain hands-on experience through design work, technical analysis, site visits and stakeholder engagement, while taking on increasing responsibility as your skills develop.
Whether you're helping to enhance rail networks, delivering sustainable port infrastructure, improving airport operations, developing innovative pavement solutions or supporting the long-term management of critical assets, you will work on projects that make a lasting impact.

What we’re looking for
- You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree. Please note, we only accept master’s degrees for our Bridges opportunities.
- You will be looking to start work in April or September 2027.
- You will have an interest in Civil and Structural Engineering, Pavement Engineering, Airfield Engineering, Aviation Management or Airport Planning.
- You will be curious, collaborative and motivated to solve problems that shape the built environment.
- You will enjoy working with others, sharing ideas and learning from different specialists across project teams.
- You will take ownership of your work and development while creating value for our clients.
- You will be eager to learn, develop new skills and broaden your experience.

Our Graduate Development Programme
Our two-year Graduate Development Programme is designed to help you build the skills, experience and professional network needed to thrive at the start of your career with us. Through a blend of structured learning, mentoring and hands-on project experience, you will be supported every step of the way.

If successful at this stage, you will be invited to complete an online assessment, containing a Cognitive Assessment, personality questionnaire and Situational Judgement Test (SJT). All stages are essential parts of our early careers recruitment process.
