We are looking for ambitious students with a background in/knowledge of the sector to join our growing Building Consultancy teams on a 3-year Graduate Programme.

We are seeking ambitious Graduates to join our Building Consultancy team. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career within a fast-paced and highly regarded Building Consultancy team, working with a diverse range of clients, assets and projects across the UK.

Our Project Management graduate programme is designed to challenge and support you from day one. You'll gain exposure to a diverse range of projects, developing both your technical expertise and commercial awareness through hands-on experience in project delivery, programme management, procurement, contract administration, stakeholder engagement and development monitoring. Working alongside experienced project managers and multidisciplinary teams, you'll be encouraged to take ownership of your development while playing an active role in delivering successful outcomes for clients.

Main tasks:

  • Monitoring of construction activities
  • Reporting on site activities and progress
  • Programming and scheduling of activities
  • Negotiation and engagement with stakeholders
  • Assisting the activities of Project Managers onsite
  • Attending any relevant meetings
  • Property valuations
  • Contract management
  • Document management

What will it take to be successful?

We are looking for forward thinking students with a can-do attitude, who have the ability to manage multiple projects and deal with a variety of work. You will ideally be studying for a RICS accredited degree. Previous experience gained through placements, internships or work experience within the property sector will help you stand out.

Candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative approach to working with others, and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite. Given the nature of the role and the need to travel to client sites and properties, a full UK driving licence is essential.

This collaborative approach ensures candidates are well supported throughout their journey, while gaining exposure to a diverse range of work and experiences that contribute towards their professional development. APC support and funding are available to those undertaking an eligible RICS-accredited pathway.

Application process

You will be asked to respond to a number of questions about your work experience as well as your motivations and interest in a career in property as well as any extracurricular activities. We ask you to provide reference contact details, one educational and one employment. If successful, you will be invited to attend an interview in November/December.
