The DX & Transformation Office is responsible for shaping and coordinating MUFG’s digital, AI and data transformation agenda across EMEA, working in close partnership with the business, Technology and control functions. The team drives the overall transformation programme, focusing on:

- Defining the DX, AI and data strategy
- Developing and delivering a pipeline of business-led use cases
- Establishing the technology and data foundations needed to deliver solutions securely and at scale
- Operating the regional AI governance framework to support safe, responsible and compliant innovation
- Building the skills, engagement and organizational capabilities required to embed new ways of working
Through close collaboration with colleagues across EMEA, Japan, the Americas, and Asia, the team connects global direction with regional priorities, fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, and supports the translation of strategy into meaningful business outcomes.
What to Expect
Our 18-month Analyst Programme begins with a comprehensive training curriculum designed to build your understanding of our products, clients, and business strategy. This foundation will equip you with the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed as you transition into your role.
As part of a select Analyst cohort, you'll learn from some of the most experienced professionals in the industry while building connections with peers across the programme. Our collaborative culture encourages teamwork, while also creating opportunities for you to make your own impact. - Foundational understanding of AI concepts and responsible/safe AI usage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Have high levels of motivation and integrity
- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Project management or coordination experience would be advantageous
- Be innovative and have the ability to generate new and creative ideas
- Be in their final year of study or have graduated in the last 12 months
