Our Summer Analyst Programme
The programme is aimed at penultimate year students and is designed to provide a unique insight into the global world of finance. The EMEA Internal Audit Office works to ensure that our organisation conducts its business such that we protect our reputation, our business, and our clients within the regulatory and legal framework.

What to Expect
The 10-week programme begins with technical training, followed by rotations across two business areas. Day to day, you will support live projects, conduct research and analysis, prepare materials and attend team meetings, giving you practical experience of investment banking.
- Gain in-depth understanding of different financial products and markets by attending a bespoke technical training.
- Experience what it’s really like to work in global investment banking by gaining hands-on work experience.
- Build your networks both internally and externally by gaining exposure to employees from all levels of the organisation.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues, receive ongoing training and have a buddy to support you throughout the programme. You will also have opportunities to ask questions, receive feedback and build relationships with people across the organisation.
