Our Summer Analyst Programme
Our Summer Analyst Programme is aimed at penultimate year students and is designed to provide a unique insight into the global world of finance. The EMEA Internal Audit Office works to ensure that our organization conducts its business such that we protect our reputation, our business, and our clients within the regulatory and legal framework.
Applications close on 29 November 2026. As applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, we encourage early applications.

What to Expect
Our 10-week Summer Analyst programme is designed to provide you with a unique insight into investment banking. Starting off with a week of technical training, you’ll gain a deep understanding of our products and markets. Then armed with this knowledge, you will have the opportunity to join our Internal Audit Team:
- Support audit projects that assess the strength of MUFG’s internal controls.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate day-to-day risks.
- Contribute to the team while gaining exposure across the organization and developing analytical and communication skills.
As part of a select intake, you will have the opportunity to learn from our established team of professionals who benefit from extensive industry experience and will be allocated a buddy to make sure you have all the support to get the most out of the Summer Analyst Programme.

Our Summer Analyst Programme serves as a pipeline into the full-time MUFG Analyst Programme, and successful interns may receive an offer to join the full-time Analyst Programme the following year.
