Role title: Graduate Building Surveyor/Project Manager (September 2027 start)
Salary:
- London: £30,000 and £1,500 sign on bonus
- Regions: £27,000 and £1,000 sign on bonus
(Please note that some regions will offer a higher salary of £30,000 and £1,500 sign on bonus, dependent on the location and the Cost of Living)

About this role
Our Building & Project Consultancy team of over 250 consultants advise on buildings and projects throughout the UK, operating from 15 offices across England and Scotland. This is complemented by an extensive European presence, with resources available through a network of 70 offices. In London, our expertise is delivered through separate professional services and project management teams, whereas, our regional offices provide a full range of services via one single and cohesive team.
Project Management
Our national team of project managers bring together specialists from every property sector and market, enabling us to apply both sector-specific knowledge and broad industry expertise across office, industrial, logistics, mixed-use, retail, residential and development projects. Drawing on backgrounds in Chartered Building Surveying, Project Management and Structural Engineering, we deliver a truly national service. Our project management teams support investors, developers, landlords, owner-occupiers and tenants, overseeing the development, refurbishment and fit out of properties across a diverse range of sectors. We provide comprehensive project and programme management services, including employer’s agent, risk management, procurement strategy, programming, contract administration and strategic project consultancy.
Building Surveying
Our national building surveying teams deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions across every stage of the project lifecycle. They provide specialist advice on the acquisition, development, ownership, occupation, sustainable retrofit and disposal of individual assets and property portfolios across all sectors. Working closely with institutional clients throughout the UK and Europe, including commercial landlords, investors, banks and occupiers, they take the time to understand their unique business objectives and provide clear, strategic and commercially focused advice to support their property interests.
