2027 Spring Insights: Engineer & Innovate at JPMorganChase – Glasgow

Keen to kickstart your career in FinTech and curious if JPMorgan Chase might be a good fit for you? Over the course of this immersive, skills-led experience you will gain an in-depth insight into our Glasgow-based technology teams, experience our inclusive culture, and put your skills and learning into practice through collaborative team activities and interactive workshops. You will use skills such as coding fundamentals, logical problem-solving, digital literacy, and creative thinking through hands-on technical workshops and practical challenges.

As a participant, you’ll get an insight into how engineers turn ideas into solutions with real-world impact, while continuing to learn and grow your skills. Choose this pathway if you have a passion for technology, enjoy solving problems, and are excited to keep learning new skills along the way.

Event responsibilities

  • Get to know JPMorganChase through deep dives into our technology teams and their work.
  • Participate in panel sessions exploring the daily work of analysts and associates and take part in interactive Q&A.
  • Network with peers and our business leaders.
  • Build comparable evidence of capability through skills-led exercises and simulations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • A student expecting to graduate in 2029 (we welcome applicants from computer science or related courses).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and high levels of self-motivation.
  • Passion for working in technology is critical.
