2027 Spring Insights: Influence & Execute at JPMorganChase – London
Keen to kickstart your career in financial services and curious if JPMorganChase might be a good fit for you? Over the course of this immersive, skills-led experience you will gain an in-depth insight into how our teams advise clients, support businesses and analyse companies and markets, experience our inclusive culture, and put your skills and learning into practice through collaborative team activities and interactive workshops.
As a participant in 2027 Spring Insights: Influence & Execute at JPMorganChase – London programme, you will learn what it’s like to work in our business by hearing first-hand about responsibilities and workdays across levels, from Analysts to Managing Directors. You will take part in sessions that focus on applying what you bring in realistic scenarios and practise commercial judgement, structured problem-solving, stakeholder communication and relationship-building through case-style exercises and group discussions.
Choose this pathway if you enjoy driving outcomes through influence, turning ambiguity into action, and executing at pace with others. These skills are central to advising clients, building trusted relationships and turning complex company and market analysis into clear recommendations and action.
Event responsibilities
- Get to know JPMorganChase through deep dives into our teams and their work.
- Participate in panel sessions exploring the daily work of analysts and associates and take part in interactive Q&A.
- Network with peers and our business leaders.
- Build comparable evidence of capability through skills-led exercises and simulations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- A student expecting to graduate in 2029.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and high levels of self-motivation.
- Enthusiasm for the financial services industry and global banking is critical.
