About Virtu Execution Services (VES)
Virtu Execution Services (VES) comprises the firm's client-facing business encompassing Brokerage, Analytics, and Workflow technology. The primarily client support-focused roles under VES include Sales, Trading, Electronic Coverage, and Workflow Technology.
Roles within VES Client Support Teams
Roles within VES client support teams offer the opportunity to:
- Become a multi-faceted Financial Services professional, joining a global team engaging with a wide range of vendors and institutional and retail clients
- Receive an in-depth education on global financial markets and apply knowledge to a spectrum of Virtu's products and services—combining technology with business needs
- Interact directly with a global client base, supporting trade execution workflow queries in real-time
- Drive product development based on client needs and feedback, working both internally and across vendors to increase client connectivity

Location and Dates
- Location: London, United Kingdom (onsite) for openings in London & Dublin
- Dates: 10-week programme, starting 21 June 2027 - 27 August 2027
Qualifications
Virtu is looking for top performers with the below qualifications:
- Entering final year of school, or students expected to be ready for full-time employment between December 2027 - June 2028
- Excellent academic background (all subjects welcome) with a passion for financial markets
- Highly motivated and tenacious individual, with a proven ability to take initiative and work independently and within a team
- Fearless networker, comfortable stepping out of their comfort zone to connect with new people
- Able to navigate dynamic, unscripted client interactions, connecting the dots quickly and problem-solving on the fly
- Team player: authentic, genuine person capable of working towards collective goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can easily build new interpersonal relationships
- Basic programming skills beneficial but not required
