2027 Summer Internship - Investment Banking

How You Will Contribute

• Research and analyze clients’ financial situations, industry and market data
• Apply valuation tools to assess opportunities
• Support preparing external client presentation, proposals and internal memos
• Aid senior team members with idea generation and in M&A transactions execution
• Work proactively across multiple product/industry groups and geographies

Who We Are Looking For

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• A genuine interest in corporate finance and the sectors TD covers.
• Results driven, proven academic excellence and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across teams and regions and deliver accurate results under time pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on being a team player.
• A willingness to learn and demonstrate a growth mindset.
• Previous work experience in corporate finance or investment banking considered an asset.
• Fluency in at least one additional European language is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership (i.e., sports, clubs, extracurricular activities, and philanthropy, etc.)

Internship Overview

Application Requirements & Terms of Offer

• Contract Type: Full-time, 10-week summer internship
• Anticipated Dates: 21st June 2027 – 27th August 2027
• Location: The role will be based at 60 Threadneedle Street
• Candidates must have an unrestricted right to work in the UK throughout the entire duration of the summer internship.
