The TUI Operations Control Centre (TOCC) Apprenticeship Programme is set to open for applications on 12th January 2027, with successful candidates joining us in September 2027.

What is TOCC?

The TUI Operations Control Centre (TOCC) is the operational heartbeat of our airline.

Working behind the scenes, TOCC teams coordinate and monitor our flight operations, responding to challenges, making critical decisions and helping ensure our customers reach their destinations safely and efficiently.

No two days are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working under pressure and being part of a team.
