Our Sixth Form at Uxbridge College is responsible primarily for the delivery of A Level, AS, GCSE and BTEC Science courses and is based at the Uxbridge site. We have a track record of achieving strong results which places the Sixth Form amongst the top performing colleges nationally for A level progress. Historically, Sociology has been one of the best performing and most popular subjects within the Sixth Form. You would teach across Sociology programmes up to A Level.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Sociology up to A Level.
- Engage young people aged 16-19.
- Possess a degree in a relevant subject.
- Have successful teaching experience in the subject area up to Level 3, including A Level.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
