Employability Events and Trips Coordinator

Employability

Location: Harrow, with travel to Uxbridge and Richmond Colleges
Salary: £28,209 to £33,621 per annum including London Weighting

In this role, you would be responsible for planning and implementing a full range of trips that operate from the HRUC Employability Team. You would be the lead co-ordinator for administration and organisation related to HRUC’s Turing Scheme activities. You will also lead on the administration and organisation of trips and other activities such as site visits, competition and awards. You would also support and organise employer events and student facing employability activities, maintaining a high-quality service delivery and contributing to new initiatives.

We are seeking to appoint a well-organised and motivated individual who can demonstrate the following:

  • Experience working in a busy administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
  • Experience of organising overseas trips
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide a professional service to students and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the Turing Scheme or international work placements (desirable)
