Salary: £9,556 to £10,551 Actual salary for 14 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Working days: Thursdays and Fridays, 8.45am start

We are seeking a proactive and well-organised individual to fill this rewarding role based within our Health and Social Care team at Uxbridge. You would work closely with students, their parents, Lecturers, and other College staff, working in a proactive way to ensure students attend College regularly and achieve their learning goals.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and acting immediately on problems relating to student attendance, punctuality, and progress to ensure that students maintain an excellent attendance record.
- Taking a proactive role, including engaging ‘at risk’ learners in person and over the telephone.
- Maintaining College systems, producing reports on different groups, discussing students’ progress with teaching staff, and arranging student disciplinary meetings regarding attendance.
Requirements
- Administrative experience in a busy environment with good IT skills.
- Experience of the education sector would be an advantage.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for working with young people.

The working days for this post are expected to be Thursdays and Fridays - 8.45am - 4.45pm.

Note: For individuals who start a term time only role after 1st September, the salary will be pro-rated from the start date to the end of this academic year (31st August 2027). This ensures that the correct entitlement to pay and holiday pay relative to the portion of the year worked. This will be paid in equal monthly instalments until 31 August. The salary will revert to the normal arrangements as stated in the advert at the start of the following academic year.
