We are seeking a highly organised and proactive PA to provide confidential, high-level administrative and executive support to the Group Executive Principal and other members of the Executive and Senior Leadership Team, based at Uxbridge Campus.

You will play a vital role in supporting executive co-ordination, governance processes, stakeholder communication, and diary management, ensuring the professional and seamless functioning of the Executive Office. You will support with the Group Executive Principal’s lead on Curriculum & Quality, Ofsted and other areas of the business.

We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail, capable of building effective relationships with colleagues, governors, external stakeholders, and visitors.

This role is primarily based on site at our Uxbridge Campus. The postholder will be able to work remotely for 1 day per week, subject to business need.
