24-hour Team Manager

Ashby-de-la-Zouch (Home of Hula Hoops, popchips, Nik Naks, and more…)

On-site | 12-hour rotating shifts | 6:00am – 6:00pm

This role follows a repeating shift pattern: two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, two days on, followed by three days off.

Join our snack-loving team

We’re looking for a 24-hour Team Manager to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

Who are we?

We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.

About the role

Are you a passionate people leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a 24hr Team Manager to play a key role in driving performance, developing colleagues and ensuring the smooth operation of our production site around the clock.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll lead and support teams across a 24/7 operation, helping to embed Intersnack Work Systems (IWS) ways of working while delivering against critical performance, quality and safety targets. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll be empowered to make decisions, solve problems and create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and colleague engagement. Working on a 12-hour rotating shift pattern, you'll be a trusted leader both during the day and out of hours, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional service delivery.

What is IWS?

The Intersnack Working System (IWS) is our approach to continuous improvement. It provides a structured framework that helps us improve performance, eliminate losses, develop colleague capability and build sustainable improvements across our manufacturing sites.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
